After stints in the prestigious Blue Elephant Thai restaurants in London, Brussels, Copenhagen and Paris, Oth Sombath then held the post of Chef at the Asian, the Bali Bar and the Banyan.
In 2006 he flew down to the Côte d’Azur to take charge of the restaurant at the Benkiraï Hotel, a highly-regarded restaurant in Saint-Tropez, before returning to the capital with his wife, who is also his very attentive assistant.
