Oth Sombath Restaurant was designed as a bridge between the culture and cuisine of France and Thailand.

This unique place is a layering and blending of several atmospheres, with the very best of contemporary design and subtle reminders of the timeless values of the Kingdom of Siam.

Patrick Jouin has reinvented the interior of Thai temples in his own sensual way, through the subtle use of colours and materials; gold and saffron, glass and exotic wood glow happily in soft and harmonious lines.

Oth Sombath’s three dining rooms are spread over different levels, offering different atmospheres, affording a choice between a friendly meal or more private dining.

The soft lighting provides a feeling of harmony, like an echo of the flavours of Thai cuisine.

Each dining room may be used for private functions and can hold up to 50 people.

Oth Sombath has carefully chosen his kitchen staff in order to guarantee the greatest finesse and quality of the food. The team comprises his wife, who also assists him at the Oth Sombath restaurant in Saint-Tropez (Benkiraï Hotel), and six cooks carefully selected by the Chef himself in Thailand and who he has trained specially for this restaurant.

Fernando Rocha, the manager, has a long experience recognised by patrons of other major Paris restaurants.

Franck-Emmanuel Mondésir, the sommelier, adores sharing his enthusiasm and passion for wines.

Michaël Borget is the assistant manager.
